Our country is changing faster than anyone could of expected it to, sense the latter part of last year to this point in time America is no longer the country most of us grew up to know and love.

Ten years ago who would of thought the government would have been in the business of bailing out corporations, banks and reforming the housing market. Yet to tell the truth was not the signs of the times apparent? Urban developments sprawled turning farmers fields of golden grain to paved streets and over sized houses, built to the buyers desires, or to the very least to the contractors designs.

Soon, small country roads would become over traveled throw fares for the hustle and bustle corporate suits types and duo income families enjoying the fruits of their labors.

Yet something happened and the times of prosperity began to change. People began to loose their jobs, 401 K investments began to get hit, lay offs hit record numbers and panic hit the work place. People could no longer pay for their homes, because of the economic turmoil and or they bought homes they could not afford. Lending companies too took advantage of the prosperous times. Selling homes in record numbers, no money down, the home of your dreams. Yet, people did not understand there would be a time to “pay the piper.” so to speak and or they just did not care. Balloon payments would increase the payments beyond the owners expectations, jobs were lost, people began to live off of credit cards, gas prices hit record highs, end the change was on the mind of ever individual.

We would have a individual come in at the right time, he brought a message of hope and change, transition would begin to flood this country like none other in history. Grand speeches and words that tickled the ear of the listener sent individuals into fainting spells, people chanted the would be prospects name and self proclaimed words of wisdom. America would fall in love with a new religion of sorts, one made by ideas and theology, the country and the world bowed at the alter of a messiah of a self proclaimed deity. January 20 would be a day that would for ever change the ideas, declarations and structure of this once great and noble nation.

The days of America being a great and powerful nation has been slowly changing to something that no one with any intellect can figure out. Minds of rational thinking and historical knowledge scratch their heads, wondering what will happen next. History has not written and or understood what is currently taken place. The secular minds are dumb founded at what history in its self writes before their very eyes. No eye has seen or mind understood that which the Lord has allowed to happen.

Pastors preach across the pulpits of America the idea of America rebounding back to its former state.

If we has a nation would fall upon its face and repent then the Lord will turn from His judgments and restore the prosperity we once knew. Yet to understand the future we must understand the Word of the Living God, for the people of the Lord lack spiritual wisdom and heavenly knowledge.

To understand the future, one must look at the past for the past will take us to the future for the future is the beginning and the beginning is the end of time. For one to understand go to the parallel of the beginning for that in its self will tell those with the heart to discern and the ears to hear that which the Lord has spoken and what He has spoke has been sense the foundations of the Word.

Ecclesiastes 3

9 that which has been is that which will be, And that which has been done is that which will be done. So there is nothing new under the sun. 10 Is there anything of which one might say, “See this, it is new”? Already it has existed for ages which were before us.

If we are to comprehend the secret things of the Word of God, one must know the Word and allow the Holy Ghost to reveal the mystery's of the Word. Jeremiah the prophet tells us in 33:3 - Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and “mighty things, which thou knowest not. We also find the Word confronting the believer for being spiritually blind in that which has been revealed for the lack of knowledge. Hosea 4:6 my people are destroy for lack of knowledge

Most individuals do not understand the signs of the times because pastors are not teaching prophecy nor are they current on world events and the politics of this age. The church truly lacks the wisdom and knowledge which it needs to fight the powers of darkness and where exactly prophecy is taking us and the time of the end where we are at. The body of Christ is disengaged from the reality of current events and how these events figure into the Biblical Word and the desperation of time.

I had someone tell me recently that politics were not discussed in the church it was taboo to do so, many years ago. With that knowledge discovered it is apparently still being regarded in the modern church, which would be the leading indication of why America is suffering current state.

The modern church needs to understand that politics and religion govern each other. The framers of this country understood this idea, they understood our Creator gave us certain rights, they also had the idea that without these rights one could not be free to exercise thereof. Which is why there are certain political ideologies and theologies writing in the pages of history, and currently still being widely used.

The earliest indication of such political theological ideas are found in early Egypt and the first governor of such policies would be Joseph. Genesis gives a clear description of what the times were like, how God told the people what was going to happen, how God enabled a man to have the wisdom and knowledge to govern such thoughts and how to implement them for that time. We also see how the signs of the times caused people to create an early form of Socialistic and or Communistic ideology. See it was the people that allowed the famine of the time to dictate their circumstances and those circumstances would eventually through time cause the people to do things they would not normally do.

The people would give all the money they had for food. Yet has time marched on they would sell their livestock, which allowing yet another year to pass. Soon the people of Egypt would sell themselves and their land for food. The people were then move into the cities, give seed to raise crops, which came with a cost. They lost their freedoms, one fifth of the crops were taxed to the government, the remainder was to go to the people for food and crop growth or to plant and to feed there little ones. The important part is one fifth was taxed to the government, the people were no longer free, because they sold their land and themselves. Gen 47 13-27

Draw the parallel between Egypt then and America now. You might be saying that is a coincidence, remember the scripture in the beginning, Eccl 3: 9-10. Just replace the lack of rain to the lack of jobs or employment. The current economic drought in America seems to be getting worse. Are not the leaders of this nation out to deal with us shrewdly?

After all, reports came out that unemployment hit 9.8% and those that were on unemployment for 27 weeks were at an increase of 450,000 and bring the total to 5.4 million. People are not finding work or they have given up on looking for work, the drought seems to be getting worse, with the seasons changing, the holidays coming up, the economy of the U.S seems to be in for even harder economic terrible.

The jest of it all would be, God is moving and He wants His children to wake up. The signs of the times are there and people are looking for answers, unfortunately they are searching in the wrong areas. People need to understand, the only way we are going to be able to survive this mess, is by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is our provider, and of sub-stainer. This country needs a revival, yet we will not see a revival until the church gets on its face, asks for forgiveness and fast and prays for God to move in our lives.

The Lord hears our cries and he worries about us, we are like also Israel prior to the destruction of Jerusalem. Idols were everywhere, people were offering up strange offerings and sacrifices to foreign gods. Everyone did what ever it was they wanted to do. Prophets and might men of God attempted to warn the people, but they would not listen to pending destruction. They said that it would not happen to Jerusalem, because God loved the city. Then came Nebuchadnezzar how invaded the city, carried away the children of God to a foreign land and destroyed the city, the walls, took everything out of the Temple of God and did everything God said he would do.

Understand this God will do what ever it takes to wake up His church and turn the hearts of the people from the wickedness of this world. He is also attempt to show us that we are in the latter days, the days spoken about in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 17 & 24. Study the parallels of ancient Egypt and Israel you will see things and understand the signs of the times, for God will reveal them to you, if you search, but your heart has to be repentant first. He is looking for men and women to stand up, like Moses, and bring back righteousness to His people. Are you ready for what is coming our way.?
